OPLA system
The OPLA system: Operating principle
This is a patented rapid assembly method of filtration cloths for centrifuges. The OPLA system is used on all baskets in use, without modification. This innovative set consists of a filter cloth (any type of synthetic fabrics) and a strapping of flexible reinforcement assembled in one piece.
The entire system can be assembled and disassembled in minutes on any basket centrifuge regardless of market brands. It is also reusable.
Process improvement:
- Time: OPLA requires only a few minutes during assembly and disassembly (5-15 min),
- Clean: no retention area,
- Quality: the cloth is tensioned with no pleats and is perfectly positionned in the basket of the centrifuge,
- Operator comfort: strapping in polypropylene single-piece, no fibers, ease of handling,
- Chemical compatibility: the strappings are compatible with the treated products.
